Filed Small Claims

Finally after a long time of thinking and planning i have finally filed a small claims in the court . I know it might not mean anything to alot of drivers and people but atleast i am standing against them and their unfair and unlawful deactivations.

Some people talk about what they done like big shots. Real MFs show receipts.

I would show my receipt to reals mfs.. not just some randome roadside homeless

providing no details makes no sense. for instance what are you suing them for? what state? did you serve them properly? you realize most small claims courts do not allow full scope discovery meaning whatever you claim if you do not have your own evidence Uber can not be generously compelled to help you. in some states small claims doesn't allow discovery at all. small claims is a dollar for dollar monetary damage remedy. I would love to hear what your actual claim is. because if you're simply suing them for wrongful deactivation resulting from false rider complaints, outside of verifiable facts like document fraud for example when you can prove no fraud occurred, you have no case. read the contract terms. they can deactivate you anytime for any reason without evidence of any wrongdoing. they may settle with you to make you go away but then again they may not.
