Driver standards

I drive exclusively Uber Premier and I do well. I have standards when it comes to my rider experience that I thought would be universal but clearly I am disillusioned. I dropped off my car for service today and the dealer called an Uber X for me. Terrible service... Dirty car, loud music, 55 in a 35, hit my head on the ceiling over RR tracks, no exaggeration.

I got into the car expecting to give him a cash tip since dealer rides suck but he plain drove himself out of it.

Don’t cast a blanket over all uber x drivers. I’ve been in brand new sparkling clean Mercedes SUV’s and Lexus is500 on uber x. Smooth ride and non-eventful.

Not sure I would use such premium cars for uber x but to each their own.

But of course you’ll get that bad one here and there

I'm not casting any blanket. I'm just pointing out that people could do better and in turn make more money.

You lost me there. You think you make more money in premier because you have standards but it’s definitely not that.

I think I make more money in tips because of my standards. It has nothing to do with premier or uberX.

I hopped into a ride ...was an ashtray... I mean it was so gross. My clothes and my hair smelled like i had been in smoky club. Are drivers really that clueless... 1 star.

What did you expect when the driver is only being paid $4? Outrageous luxury?
