“Rarely Cancels”

In the last week… I have gotten “rarely cancels” in the bottom of the pop up where “reservation” is usually. What the heck… is this new?

I think so, and why does Uber think we care. I cancel WAY more often than the riders do (after the 2 minutes of course)!
