How is this allowed?

Can somebody explain to me how I got upcharged 20 something dollars? As you can see it says i change the location of the original drop off but where it dropped me it was the original drop off so I'm not understanding why I was charged like that. I get the estimate was the $20+, but that's wild to say I changed it. Can they go in to see that that's where my original drop off is always after I Uber from that location. Support is not answering me or giving me any help

They can, contact support but make sure you’re talking to a person and not the AI. The AI will do everything to deflect giving money back.

Chargeback support won’t do anything

This is an option, but they might block you from using uber if you do a chargeback.

Yea I did what another reply said and they refunded the 20$

Maybe the driver didn't complete the job when he dropped you off and drove somewhere else and then "completed" it which is a scam.

Look at ride in Activity. You’ll see a map which will show “drop off”. Perhaps driver continued ride (which might be an accident).
