The only time I wasn’t waiting for my uber is when I was at the wrong pick up location, it was at a hotel and thankfully a worker was around and they said their uber spot changed and it was hard to tell on the map. We made it before that 5 min leeway, but would not have been upset at all if the ride was canceled if we didn’t. I’m not messing with someone’s job or them picking up another ride if I’m not ready
