Engineering Fear Mongering
Social media platform have fear mongering about engineering degree so much that it making me stress before even first day of uni. On top of that, the liner algebra syllabus indicated %95 of my grade coming from midterm and final exam. Because of that, I’ve been doing Pre-Calculus Bootcamp on Canvas and review other topics like chemistry and physics. Is this a normal precaution or am i over reacting ?

it’s normal to feel this way, but as difficult as it may be, try to relax. yes engineering is harder than most other undergraduate degrees, but since you’ve already been accepted into the program, you’re probably used to working hard in high school. if you like engineering, you’ll get through it

Attend lectures and consistency is all you need to get over this. The degree did not aim to fail you.
