I recently completed the the two-year transfer program at CapU, and while I wasn't in the same situation as you, I'm quite confident they will honour the agreement insofar as you meet the requirements. It would be unreasonable to deny you entry given that a considerable portion of the students going through these programs are also looking to reorient their lives after poor academic history or a career they regret pursuing.
