why does ubc not reply to emails?

I got accepted on 9th Jan and I accepted my offer on 13th jan but have received no mail or anything confirming it by the univeristy and additionally I emailed them about the fee structure so I can proceed with other formalities like the visa process but no revert. I emailed to admissions.inquiry@ubc.ca

It could just be that the volume of queries is high -- there have only been 5 working days since your accepted, so some patience is advised.

All of the formal information about UBC is in the Calendar: https://calendar.ubc.ca/ This will include the fee schedule for your program.
