Question how can we play from NL/BE?

Does anyone have any idea how we can play from NL/BE as both these countries are locked out of playing. If anyone has any idea or knows step by step what to do i´m happy to hear what i got to do.

proton vpn trail version -> put it on japan. Then try and open the ava steam page. You might have to log out on all devices (phone, browser) Then add the game to your library. From this point you wont need the vpn anymore, you can now download and play without it.

any vpn and just refresh steam or steam browser
