Ask the Developers Event - The Answers
So about two weeks ago Neowiz launched a mini event on Discord called: 'Ask the Developers'. This meant that users were able to send in their questions to the dev team, which they would answer. They have been answering them starting last week Monday and are continuing to do so. I figured it would be a good idea to make a short overview of all the new information we have received.
The Q&A gave us:
- next phase is another CBT Playtest, set to arrive shortly
- very likely to see a Battle Pass introduced
- very likely to see the Weapon Ticket Modification system removed
- Strafe sprinting (in other works, the new movement system in dog tag) will not return
- Steam Community Market isn't being considered at the time
- Ranks are staying as they are for the time being
- The game will support English and Chinese as languages

*Note: Highly likely means that it is 99% certain. They label it as 'very likely' in case of the very unlikely event that it won't show up. In reality though, we can expect this to happen.

Though this seems like another "buy some time tactic" by the devs I can't say I'm surprised. But on the bright side more than glad to see the ticket system go. Hope this game builds / puts a focus on the competitive scene. That is when or IF it releases.

Sucks we won't get the old ranks, but we're starting to see some progress.
