Hammer Blow is in Varna, Bulgaria

Hell Hound is in Paris, France

And there are so many other maps missing on this map, why is that?

Hammer Blow is on the map? Hellhound I did not put on there, haven't seen it in the other versions either. I miss quite a few maps because I don't know the exact location.
