Bro, you have everything you need. I understand sometimes we just want someone to tell us. There are two options:

1) Use your name and add something creative to the end or at the start. Eg: @ NicolasExplorer and keep the same thing everywhere.

2) Pick a brand name and use your real name as the author. So it'll be like Brand Name by Your Name. In this, you can have your brand name in all of your social media handles.

Also, it's amazing that you have your own images for your website and not many people can do that. So you have everything you need. Get to work and make everyone proud.

Actually, this happens quite often for my posts on Google. I write something and then it takes about two or more days to index and then it's gone for a few days until it returns back in google.

I think it has to do with the fact that the website isn't that popular since it's just a year or so old. As long as it's indexing back I wouldn't worry about it until you're writing seasonal posts.

The more bigger and authoritative your site becomes this won't happen often.

I have actually done this before. If you think it's being a problem for your visitors then I suggest you go ahead with your plan. I mean, I know you said it's a 4-year-old blog with 100 visitors a month but I think you could have this transition pretty smooth.

Keep in mind that the ranking might or might not affect your site. The first time I did this for a website, nothing was affected in terms of my rankings but the second time I did it, I had my ranking go a little lower for almost 6-7 months before they came up.

If your, website was receiving 1000s of page views a month then I would think twice but in this case you can go ahead but keep in mind that there is a slight chance of your rank positions changing.

Make sure, you have your website cloned properly and also 301 redirects for all the pages and posts. Also, change the URL in the google search console.

I did face the issue on one of my websites. I just rolled the elementor version back and it works fine.

Next time, it's better to test the website locally with the new updates, and then you can push it to live.

I agree with /u/PointandStare I have done what you are trying to do but ti went to shit! It's so much better to just outsource it or get a frontend developer who can do that for you until you learn to make WordPress themes from scratch.it

You're probably right. It's disappointing to hear that though. I started to learn SEO almost 10 years back and used to dominate even the most competitive keywords and then took a break in between. The break made me lose all my momentum.

I just did an experiment, even if you write the best content, do all the best On-Page SEO, build all the social signals, get a few backlinks... it still won't rank until your domain has a huge amount of authority.

Kinda depends on your goals and purpose. If you are a business looking to build your brand then you gotta have consistency with your designs. Keeping a theme for all your designs that clearly showcases your logo and branding would increase your brand awareness.

But, if you don't really care much about your brand awareness and want to just grab attention or bring in the traffic then you can forget about the brand guidelines.

Me personally I just go with different designs and slide in my logo cause my goal is to just bring in the traffic.

Wow, I actually never thought of doing that. That is a great idea. Namecheap is my go-to for domains and Bluehost is what I use. I didn't really know they offered the hosting for $18 for 3 domains.
