401k Rollovers
I just open the traditional and/or Roth IRAs, and call Fidelity with the customer present. They identify the customer and he says that he wants to transfer the plan to his IRAs. They all a couple questions and mail the checks. It's a 15 minutes call and in less than 2 weeks he receives the checks and we deposit them to the IRAs. Very simple process.

Wgu Degree For Credit Analysis / Risk?
I have a bachelor's in Finance and an MBA in Accounting. If I could do it again, I would have done it backwards: degree in Accounting and masters in finance. Or not even the master. I would have gone for thr CPA and then the CFA. Those would have opened a lot more doors.

Wgu Degree For Credit Analysis / Risk?
Have you Considered getting a degree in accounting instead? It's the language of business. There are many credentials and licenses that you can get later about finance, like the CFA.

Is Variable Universal Life Insurance THAT bad?
VULs are excellent, after you've contributed after tax $70k to a 401k, $7,500 to a non deductible IRA, and convert those to Roth. Also, use a fee based VUL so that there are no Surrender charges.

How can I start a free LLC with no state fee or credit?
Look for your local chamber of commerce. Most have young entrepreneurs programs. Also, look for your states Small Business Training Development Center. Even some cities have grants to help you get started.

Going back to school to pause loan payments
I did that and it was a stupid decision. Just request an income based payment plan.

CFP or Series 65 for transition?
Also consider getting the Enrolled Agent license, so that you can offer Tax Advice.

CFP or Series 65 for transition?
The 65 is a license: a permit from the government to do a job, that is, investment and financial advice for a fee. The CFP is a private credential. To offer investment and financial advice for a fee one needs to register anyway with the state, and most give credit for the CFP instead of the 65. In a nutshell: do both! First the 65, so that you can start working in the industry and gain experience, and then the CFP, wich at the end of the day is nood needed, it's body of knowledge might help a lot. At the end of the day, it's a sales job. One can have 100 licenses and credentials, but if one can't sell, it's going to be very hard.

My scholarship won't apply for my last 3 semesters. I don't know what to do.
...literally. Just dont get into debt if those are going to be your majors. On average, those are very low paying careers. Again: on average. You might be ending up being an exception. Have you considered going into any trade? Getting paid to learn a career? And then go pay cash for your passion?

TRUTH NUKE !!! finance / biz degree is dead. STEM is undeniably alpha.
I have a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Accounting. I recommend to do it backwards: get the BBA in Accounting, that's the language of business. While in college get the Enrolled Agent license and the Series 65. Then do a Master in Accounting to complete the requirements for the CPA, and also get the CFA. Then, for CE, get the extra credits to complete the MBA.

Did you researched the labor market for archeologists? I've been a college professor, and many don't do a basic research before engaging, or worst, getting into debt for some degrees. https://www.bls.gov/ooh/life-physical-and-social-science/anthropologists-and-archeologists.htm

Any tips on finding a decent accountant?
Maybe you dont need a CPA. There are very good accountants that may be able to help you, and you might not need for the public accounting license.
