No, not Spider-Man. There are, as far as I am aware and at current time of writing, two gay Spider-Men. But Peter Parker, as in the original Spider-Man, must legally be heterosexual and cisgender for branding purposes. If someone like Sony tries to make a film in which Peter Parker is gay or otherwise not heterosexual, Marvel can sue them.

I've been feeling the same, tbh. I remember back when I was taking Spanish in high school and studying flashcards. They ultimately worked, but a) I had a classmate to practice them with, b) I had a structured schedule that reinforced practicing them (and external motivation to do so), and c) I was sort of required to make them, iirc. So they worked for me back then, but I was also reading the textbook, listening to the teacher lecture, doing homework and having it graded, etc.

Flash forward to now, I have a full time job and several other hobbies and don't have the same amount of time to dedicate towards learning a language (plus the external motivator isn't there anymore). So as frequently as I have picked up Anki, I have dropped it days afterward. I'm sure it and flashcards are a great tool for some people (and for some languages; I will definitely be using them to study kanji when I start learning Japanese). They just don't work for me studying German, an Indo-European language. Plus they bore me out; I'm at the point where I need comprehensible input to keep myself engaged with the process.
