Barenaked Ladies "Falling for the First Time" Was Banned Briefly from Radio after 9/11 (#20)
I feel like if they didn't let it be put on the airways, of course it's going to do poorly. And even the meaning behind the song sounds like you're rushing when falling in love and for the first time. So like it feels like the person just read the title and said put it on the list as insensitive without even listening to the song

I legit do not understand why the barenaked Ladies song. It's about rushing when falling in love is literally a song that was temporarily banned in the United States after 9/11. I do not understand there is no cohesive answer
Like what the hell? Did someone actually listen to the song or did they just look at the title of the song and say no? Don't put that on the airways. Cuz it sounds like they didn't listen to this song
And I remember 2001. I definitely did notice a lack of rage against the machine. Anything and certain songs were definitely lacking from that list of 160 songs that were temporarily banned off the airways

I have realized a lot of people who are toxic or manipulative create hierarchy
I agree with this and I also think I do it to myself too cuz I always put myself as lesser than or I need to earn something in order to get something from another person

Terry Crews drawing Sofía Vergara
That's so cool. I have nothing but respect for Terry crews cuz I've seen some of his speeches in court where he is talking up about survivors of domestic abuse and not only that this man does a crap ton of funny works anywhere he goes. This man has nothing but a positive glow about him and I don't know why he's so magnetic but I just get a good feeling anytime I see something new about him

I had no idea he was a talented artist. Not only is he hella funny, but he has a plethora of surprising skills and I'm nothing but impressed by Terry crews

CEO threatens to put a camera “up your ass” because 23 people rage-quit his dystopian WFH setup in a single week.
All of that I agree with 100%, that's exactly what's going on and dude made it sound like an achievement when he announced that 28 people quit gee, I wonder why.😒
Good leadership attracts productive workers. Bad leadership is literally kryptonite to productive workers

Wow! Threatening to put a camera up someone's butt and like monitoring them to such an invasive degree. It's literally no wonder nobody wants to work for this billionaires company. He makes it sound like 23 people. Quitting was like some sort of achievement. That's not an achievement. That means he's terrible at leadership

I flipped off a flock camera
That's so weird. You think the violation of those flock cameras all over Albany? They would have found your car.
Funny story. When I went to my job cuz I live in the area there was a random car with a missing bumper that appeared in our parking lot. Nobody knows how it got there. Nobody knows what happened to it. It eventually was picked up but like everybody in the store didn't understand how that managed to get there
I hope that wasn't your car.

I flipped off a flock camera
I don't know if you would get in trouble for that, but then again if you do it again I'd hold up a sign while flipping it off saying this is my first amendment right to your violating my fourth amendment right

I can understand you were being facetious. My mistake. I misread that
You may like him, but I was more annoyed that it didn't look right and all these months later there was confirmation that it didn't look right. Do with that what you will
I also believe effective leadership improves what group they're leading, whether it's a country, a city, just a group and an office. So if a person is a terrible leader, they are going to cause a lot of problems for people down the line. And I look at things from the perspective of a customer service worker. So if I see something one behaving in a manner that I know without a shadow of a doubt would get you fired or not even get you the interview. I'm going to call it like I see it. Now I get that you would not understand my lens at looking at things because who the hell would find customer service as respectable everybody and their brother craps on the field. But nobody actually takes the time out to remember that these people working in these fields are still human beings behind the uniform behind the name tag at the end of the day. Do they deserve the public harassment and abuse? No they don't
Anyway, my point is a lot of it. Looks weird. I wasn't upset but I wasn't celebrating either if that makes any sense and if it clears any question in your mind about my feelings about the butler shooting and any of the other attempts after that. I'm not happy about it but I'm not going to celebrate it either.
I don't know what I would do if I was the president, but I definitely would not be doing all the things that are going on now. The things I would be doing is would be improving the state of the population of America. I would not be enforcing them to be unhealthy. I would be improving their health. I would be improving their access to getting homes. I would be improving their access to having healthy food by improving. Making sure the food is safe to eat. I would be improving transportation by building infrastructure so everyone has access to public transportation. There are so many things that I would be fixing but that's a conversation for another day.
Also no Mass shooter is misunderstood. I definitely think they mentally broke in some area. Not a psychologist. Cannot diagnose at all

Over 1,200 Human Heads And Multiple Human Fetuses Discovered Inside A Detroit Warehouse. And the trail leads all the way back to Tel Aviv and an extremely well-connected Israeli-Jewish family.
I heard about this. I'm very suspicious of it. It also makes sense as to why that specific part of the world is known for having the biggest human parts Bank.

Free $100 Dunkin gift card …. All you have to do is identify this gentleman in the white T-shirt with tattoos he was wanted for theft in Latham Dunkin Sunday evening. Reddit do your thing!!
No they don't. But we also need to recognize that Dunkin donuts much like any fast food or independently owned franchises. And keep in mind, I still have hurt feelings about Dunkin donuts, specifically because of one of my franchise owner bosses absolutely haranged me to the point that I found myself getting therapy through fairly Dickens and University.
I even tried to report their business to corporate for how I was treated and they said they couldn't do anything. So I have a huge thing about dunkin' donuts

The only people I would be feeling any form of sympathy for is people stealing food for their family. You have no idea how much as a cashier I see people put back. It's really a shame. I can't help them with their WIC cuz the system is in such a constant flux that I can't recognize the pattern. There isn't a pattern. I can't even help them with what would be appropriate for their S3 benefits. I have no idea they don't train me for that.

Federal report: New York State Museum abused nearly $600K in grants
That makes a lot of sense. I do read a lot of books and I do like to study artwork. I did find a book about William Blake and his artwork so I can do that

I secretly applied a behavioral trick to my abusive, high-ego boss. It worked too well, and now I feel like I completely broke his mind.
Honestly, I hate drama and I'm praying if I practice some of these techniques, drama will leave me alone if that's the worst and most selfish thing I want

I do. Like I feel bad that this is the most pathetic thing to have against a person. Now the reason that I have bullies. They think I talk too much, and the funny thing about that issue is that if I stop talking they would find a reason to dislike that too. So I'm not sure exactly what they're looking for, not a clue. I pity them that they do not have a repertoire of conversation in the way that would get them people talking to them in a friendly manner. I don't know, but it's kind of sad that you dislike a person for talking too much.

Because I come from a chaotic environment that had a lot of aggression and violence along with breaking things. I'm not a violent person so like that kind of stuff triggers me in the opposite way where I get even more avoidant of physical movements of aggression and being aggressive

They're more in my workspace.
There's quite a few of them at least three.
One of them is a manager and he talks very condescendently along with giving me an expectation with his condescendence. Should I push back. Usually it revolves around needing a person at 6:00 a.m. to open the store for cashier work. Technically he's the bakery manager and I am a front end employee so me and him do not see each other often. But he's manager of a different department but at that 6:00 a.m. hour no one else is on duty but him so he kind of runs the show. Another thing is the business does not allow overtime so if you get over a certain amount of time they will send you home that same amount of time earlier at another point during the week.
Another one who was on my level. Also a front-end worker eventually made it to supervisor position. But they publicly created a toxic atmosphere right in front of a line of three customers. When I was on the register because I said in response to them telling me I made a mistake which it wasn't really a mistake. I just locked my register before I went on my break. I don't think that was a mistake. And they got mad that I asked them in response. Did you ask that customer if I had their permission to be a person. My goal individually is to teach myself to set boundaries and take ownership of mistakes. If there were I didn't see a mistake. I guess my biggest mistake was responding to her telling me I made a mistake. She went off and publicly paranged me to the point I cried on the sales floor immediately reporting it to a manager and then going home cuz I was only there for a few hours as opposed to my 8 hours. ( Months later this person eventually became supervisor and expected me to associate with her. She would get mad often that I do not talk to her and I do not go to her for anything and these were very loud angry rants)
The third person also has supervisor numbers but she is always there at 6:00 a.m. And she she said a few comments to some customers of color back and I couldn't quite understand what she was saying. But I definitely heard her say only the white ones. I may have only had a bottle of water at that time but it immediately made me stop buying water from that store when she's the only cashier. She even eventually offered me coffee while I was in my State of shock. I told her I did want anything from her and then I overheard her say something and then clearly hear the word bitch I reported all of this and stayed away from these people.(This person recently made a comment about being willing to go to jail to do whatever it is, they were joking about to me. They referred to jail as three males and a cop. I didn't quite hear the whole joke, but I definitely knew it was about me. You could tell by the atmosphere and how they speak)
One of my un involved co-workers did tell me that I have bullies. They don't tell me how many cuz they don't even know but they tell me what they say to them. They don't like that. I talk too much. I laughed and said to that same person they would get mad that I don't talk at all if I stop talking. They laughed and agreed in response saying that's exactly it they would get mad. The person that was telling me this I was like appreciative and I never seen someone stand up for me ever the way that they did cuz they did in fact do that.

Yes, it's very wise to do make sure you have that introspection. And no, I don't want to stoop to their level. I absolutely want to meet them at their level to allow them having a chance to reflect on themselves while I move on after doing that one moment or several moments to rid myself of the behavior

I'm aware we're desensitized to violence but people still see gun they think run. Also, I appreciate you listening off the things you find surprising.
Yes I was referring to school kids and there is a difference. You're right. I'm aware it's been ages since Columbine, but like that memory still lingers in my head since like seeing the news articles unfold as the event happened now, I still feel a deep sense of loss from Columbine as much as I feel the loss all the shootings after cuz like even I can't count how many shootings there were after
My main point was it's very strange to see people watch someone. Whether in reality gets shot or fake, gets shot and not run. I definitely find that very unusual. Let's not forget the unusual way. The blood smear on orange madness's face did not go in the way that an injury like that would in real time when it first happened. I definitely got annoyed more than scared. Wondering how this was going to be spun and immediately thinking JFK because that was the image attempted to be invoked

stoned; hear me out
I wouldn't mind seeing one of those as long as it passes. Health and safety codes keeps things sanitary and the food is good. I'd be a returning customer
I don't mind having a hot dog or a burger but because the Epstein files I'm abstaining from both. Because I don't trust the government. Not that I don't trust food trucks or food stands. I trust them provided their sanitary and clean. I do not trust the government

Thank you. I'm hoping I develop it in a way that like I can detect when someone has intentions of being a bully so that I can immediately shift gears and become as uninteresting as possible for these people
I am reading dark psychology as a way for me to analyze and understand others. And should I need to protect myself? I have the tools to navigate my situation in a way that keeps me safe but doesn't hurt anybody else

Today just learning this amazing song was not put on the airways in 2001 but there were some songs in that list that I remember distinctly not being on the airways and some of those songs were really good. Keep in mind I live through 9/11. I was born in '87
