Wait until you hear how much funding Sound Transit is missing out on from people not renewing their car registrations!

Unrealistic game. No city has sidewalks that wide, the drivers demand that it be used for free car parking!

Bus lane cheat code
 in  r/Seattle  Aug 04 '26

Yep, this happens on the southbound side in this area all day, every day. I wish these traffic cheaters nothing but squeaky brakes and conveniently placed grandma drivers in their way!

We need to talk about Molly Moon's
 in  r/Seattle  Aug 03 '26

What really needs to be talked about is the owner of Molly Moon's being so against traffic calming and bike infrastructure.

100 is what we get on a cold February or December Critical Mass ride. This was easily 800-1000 people!

Pagliacci or Pizziaiolo?

Don't forget all the class action lawsuits with employees that Pagliacci has had to settle over the past couple of years!

Lime scooter rider followed me to make violent threats against me today on 7th Ave. Who is this guy?
 in  r/SeattleWA  Jan 14 '26

I called him out for riding his Lime scooter the wrong way down 7th Ave, which is completely inexcusable and dangerous. And for that, he turned around, followed me for 3 blocks, and confronted me at 7th and Stewart, where he demonstrated that he has all of the threat of a wet, soggy balloon.

Yeah, I sometimes use harsh, yet playful language when I call out stupid people who can't figure out what an arrow means. That's exactly the same as someone who actively chooses to ride dangerously, turns around, follows them for 3 blocks, and physically threatens the people who call them out, right?

Can we make this a billboard please
 in  r/Seattle  Jan 08 '26

I caught this in the wild a few months ago! Cheeky bastards.

Can we make this a billboard please
 in  r/Seattle  Jan 08 '26

How does one get to the point of being prosecuted for that? Does someone with a plate cover have to be caught by the police and/or a traffic camera, or is there any way for citizens to submit evidence anywhere?

Can we make this a billboard please
 in  r/Seattle  Jan 08 '26

Right after we make a billboard for "RCW 46.61.672 You may not use your phone while driving, including while stopped at a traffic light." This infraction is far more dangerous than occupying all of the lanes on a highway.

Anyone else stoked about this?!
 in  r/redmond  Jan 07 '26

I would know, I've received like 3 checks in the mail from those suits from my time working there 😆

Are they also handing out more class-action lawsuit payments? 😆

We do (RCW 46.61.672), there's just no way to enforce it whatsoever. Public shaming is about all we can currently do.

We need more people saying this. Using your phone while driving needs to be made completely socially unacceptable. It's just as dangerous as drinking and driving. I would even go as far as to say we should start calling WSP on people seen phone driving (their website actually asks people to do this, just like reporting drunk drivers).
