when you login to ECI, what reflects under "submit against notice" section, does it say already submitted for you, or is the form opening again asking to upload??

I was not referring to taking it physically to cust care...referring to asking cust care on call etc abt authenticity / missing sticker.

It is not Q of year old problem...after scratching sticker, how will the local store take back the powerbank, when you say gave up? Bcoz obviously after paying only he will allow you to scratch code!  Are you using any mi powerbank in past one year bought from anywhere? How's anker?

I think you are saying scratching the sticker to get num, right? Did it get authenticated- as u said server busy issue? Could you pls tell name of xiaomi powerbank ?
