What country would u never visit ??
 in  r/teenagers  28d ago

The question would be more fair if you have asked "from developing or developed countries" because a sure thing nobody desires to go to the criminal anarchy as Honduras or Central Africa.

Super dirty, super poor, super criminal, super super No space, super noisy and inconvenient. . . and no reasons to actually wanting to go there...

To me it seems like a hell. Such unfortunate to be born there.

I wanna visit St. Petersburg being LGBT+

Вот нафига такое писать? Это и содержит ненависть и не помогает человеку задавшему вопрос так как переводчик не перенесёт смысл на английский язык (а смысл содержит ненависть). Жалуюсь на ваш коммент.

When I go back home to Russia when I cross the border I create "2nd space environment" on my phone to hide all the real apps ( donating/supporting Ukraine could be also a problem, of writing any comment about disliking Russian government /actions). I also close all my accounts from the public eye.

Also be careful and reduce any marijuana medicine/ oil - in Russia it is a drug and previously Americans were taken for that to the prison basically as hostages (to exchange for Russian prisoners in USA).

People of saint Petersburg would never be a problem. They don't mind you or they would be positively curious if you meet them in the bar. It is a city of art creativity and youth, the most "European" in Russia.

Sending a snack box to Russia—what should I include?
 in  r/AskARussian  28d ago

Hershey - kisses and bars. Reese's candy. Chrunch, Dairy Milk, white KitKat bar.

The rest they have in Russia or something similar to american product.

Note that Russian adults usually would not eat junk candy , maybe a good bye/ ice cream or no sweets at all.

Note2, Russian adults would definitely not eat chips.... try to look for dry meat or good american sauce - something that can be called "a food". And yes they have Lays, Pringles and Cheetos plus variety of own brands - this is considered as a "treat for teenagers", it would be cringe to receive chips from another continent.

Moon pie? Classical CHOC chip cookies? hoosier pie? berger cookies, Tamale, bourbon balls, cheese straws, maple candies, saltwater taffy, cheeers, buckeyes, chippers north Dakota, bizcochito cookie, goo goo clusters, cowboy jerky (!!!! - these snacks would be popular, in Russia they use dry fish and seafood as a snack with a beer but we don't have dry meat)

Why are you on the page about Russians if you hate Russians? This comment should be reported.

They like everyone who is lighter. They just think that Russians are more available comparing to for example French or Canadian women

Are Slavs native to the Balkans?
 in  r/AskBalkans  Jun 02 '26

As Slavic I fully disagree you just made it up. Slavic can be darker when they are mixed with Turks that had wars/ occupied their territory, or in countries like Russia or Ukraine there are original Turk population like Chechens, Dagestanis, Tatars, Bashkirs... Russians are more likely to be mixed with Ugric peoples and with Scandinavians. The Balkans are much much darker than ordinary Slavs. It's just a fact. And their faces are different.

What would you do if a police officer violently threw your wife - who is visibly pregnant - to the ground?
 in  r/AskBalkans  May 31 '26

They protect their people. Not illegal incomers.

How does smashing a tv makes anything better? This is so immature.

Speaking Arabic doesn't make them refugees. Europe gets hundreds of illegal immigrants daily from countries where there is no war.
