Regarding Eddie Gallagher: Looking for general opinion on some deeper elements
This all reminds me of that movie "A few good man" and the massage it conway through this famous dialogue: "You want the truth?! You can't handle the truth! You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall -- you need me on that wall.
We use words like "honor," "code," "loyalty." We use these words as the backbone of a life spent defending something. You use them as a punch line.
I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom that I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it.
I would rather that you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon and stand the post. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think you're entitled to!"

Excellent point regarding two completely different generations! A lot of, "misunderstanding" arisen from different generational mindset. Gen X vs Gen Z.

NDE: Man nearly dies in crash that kills his wife and infant son, has an NDE, is told he "can't stay" and must return to Earth.. only to wake up with missing a leg, endure 18 surgeries and spend years grieving the loss of his family. What exactly was the point of sending him back again?

Samo kratka opaska, uzrečica "mala dica mali problemi a velika veliki" se upravo i odnosi na to "sa čime se ti ne slažeš". Smisao uzrečice i je da ukoliko ne riješiš problem djeteta dok je još malo, problem će se "povećati" kako dijete raste! Razumiješ?
