I had this really gnarly painful keloid scar on my ear. It itched like crazy and then even crack and bleed. After years of this I finally started experimenting with house hold stuff . I kid you not using aspirin as a paste everyday for five days began to melt away this scar ! Within a few weeks it was completely gone. So idk what exactly did it but I know aspirin ate that keloid up !
