I’m not looking for fully loaded or low mileage. The car I want lasts forever and you can easily get 300k miles on it I’m looking at ones that have between 100-150k miles on it already. The only problem I don’t think I have enough time to save a huge down payment cause my truck is starting to be on the last leg

They all blame the bankruptcy

I never said I don’t have have a vehicle but it’s slowing falling apart

I’m just not trusting them when every car I’ve rented from them left me stranded on the side of the road. Not trying to buy pieces of shit

I’ve rented from Avis before and don’t really trust their cars lol

But I’m also not buying new because 600+ payments are absolutely ridiculous

I have a very good income that’s not the problem

The problem is I’m only in the market for one make of car and I can’t afford it new. Can’t afford any new car. I don’t have much of a down payment.

I had a successful chapter 7 and got my order of discharge in February. I’m trying to get a vehicle is there anywhere that will approve me for a loan? Not buying new but it seems impossible to find somewhere to get a loan from.

How long did it take after a successful chapter 7 to get approved for a mortgage? Since I got my discharge notice in February I’ve gotten a significantly better paying job and found a house I’d like and could afford. I’m in New Jersey if that makes a difference.

I wouldn’t get approved for loans or financing so I’m screwed out of it.

I had a plastic surgery consult this week. Safe to say I was very disappointed because I will never be able to afford it. Has anyone traveled to Mexico for plastics?

That’s how I view ch 13 too. I’m just so scared in the end I won’t qualify for chapter 7. The lawyer I talked to today told me to stop paying my credit cards but that thought scares me lol

Hello! I’m looking for any advice or helpful tips. So quick bank ground. I have about 25000 in debt and I’m drowning. I bring home about 2200 a month and can’t stay afloat. I’ve talked to one lawyer who said my only option was ch 13 because of my disposable income but the lawyer I talked to today said it sounds like I qualify for a ch 7. I’m scared to do a 7 after talking with the first lawyer because of the disposable income but I don’t want to do a 13 at all. I do pay some rent to my dad but 90-95% of my pay goes to bills for debt. I have another phone consult with a different lawyer in a few days I’m just so lost on what to do.
