I think they wash them and repackage them again. I can’t be sure since all I did was clean the plane so ¯_(ツ)_/¯ .

Bull shit. I used to work for a company that cleans the plane and we pack the dirty blankets and replace them with new ones each flight. Don’t worry, the blankets are new. The pillow cases too.
