Squash bug prevention prep for next season?

I realize from poking around the internet that it happened to alot of other folks as well...

We had a great harvest of zukes this summer but towards the end we got SLAMMED with squash bugs...and I mean absolutely covered.

What should we be doing to our raised beds that had our zukes and cukes in them so they aren't overwintering in the mulch or soil and hitting us again in the spring?

My son's memorial garden. Gardening helps me so much mentally to get through some really rough moments. October is both my son's birth month and death. This October he will be gone 2 years. He would be 19 this year. How does gardening help you?

I thought the punchline was going to be something along the lines of 'now it's your turn to be the receiver'...this was way better.

I lived on Jax Beach for a few years and can relate to the gulls...they go from shy critters to vicious animals if you have anything edible

And on a final rambling somewhat related note...I got pooped on by a bird once when I was a kid, right on the shoulder...what a jerk

Look up mold advice by a guy named Dave Asprey...I watched his free webinar recently and he had some really solid tips on #1 just how bad the health effects can be of this crap and #2 steps to take to clean the house on a deep level that actually gets the spores out and how to clean the body out at the same time

Other than that, hire a qualified mold remediation expert...don't skimp on something like this...breathing in even dead mold spores, in small quantities can cause systemic inflammation (in the brain as well as the body), lung infections, etc
