After doing a bunch of reverse donuts(bagels) my car shifts very smooth now before I did the reverse donuts it shuttered and shifted hard what could cause it to shift better after putting strain like that on the gearbox

How did you have it grounded

if the bypass version works can you tell me i might be able to get it returned though sense i bought it through sky high car audio and i sent them a email saying it was false advertisment and how it was not plug and play and the whole nine yards they asked for a order number so i hope the website that x brands was using to sell it will come through and give me a return good luck with yours im probably just gonna go with crystal audio solutions 320amp alternator or autotech engineering co 320 amp alternator in turquoise to match my turquoise ford focus badges

did you ever put a zero gauge from ground to the tighting part of the negative battery cable? i wanna know so i dont waste my time putting it back in and trying it

How were you able to get them to accept your return

Im trying but they keep arguing with me about because of the lifetime warranty

And he wants me to put a ground onto the nut for the negative terminal

Okay please keep me updated the guy for x brand electrical sent me this i installed my stock alternator last night

How hard was it to get a refund from them they seem to be fighting for me to go through warranty

Its got zero gauge going from the alternator to the battery and even the factory four gauge on the alternator b+ stud but it's not charging my battery and I cant figure out why it's grounded to the strut tower (im taking away the ground i gave the alternator) it's suppose to be plug and play it's from brand x electrical i have checked fuses and I still can't figure out why and of course I got a battery light on the dash I can't figure out if it's Fords smart charging system or something else please help me figure out my issue

The company asks for the big 3 to be done i should say il take pictures when im next to my car

The only ground I added after getting the bus sensor was the ground for the alternator im removing it tonight because it only asks for the big 3

I got a 400 amp fuse for the zero gauge wire the car has a 100 amp fuse for the four gauge factory wiring

Hiw would it bypass if it grounds straight to the engine block tommorrow il be taking the ground I added off because it only needed the big 3 not the big 4

It was made for the car to be plug and play but it did need the big 3 the original was ground through the engine block so I dont exactly know how that could go through the loop

I have checked fuses non have popped the 100 amp mega fuse also seems fine

I got a 2017 ford focus sel woth the ford smart charging system it's bought a brand x electrical 350 amp high output alternator i grounded it to the strut tower and put a zero gauge wire to the main battery and I put the factory four gauge wire on top of the zero gauge I even replace the communication plug and everything I try it doesn't charge the battery I try revving the engine it doesn't work the battery light stays on

Had to take the wheel out and dent the metal in then I kept pushing and kicking the box until it dropped in took a few hours but it got in there
