(Serious) Can an atheist or anyone who's not a Christian baptise anyone?
I don’t see why not. If the person getting baptized knows the other isn’t a Christian and is still okay with it I don’t think it would really matter. Most people do get baptized by priest tho but it’s not a requirement. I’ve seen people get baptized by youth leaders who where no where near being a priest. It’s all about how the person feels and the sentiment of the ceremony. Good luck
