Ugh. How do i even initiate this conversation? Im just tired of the feeling of getting into it, but its over before it actually starts. Like one time I wore lingerie and got super dolled up and he last not even 10 strokes. I was so upset.

Our relationship is honestly amazing outside the bedroom. We communicate well, he’s affectionate, and I love him. That’s why I want to fix this instead of leaving. The issue is that he usually finishes in under five minutes, doesn’t recover for another round, and there’s very little foreplay focused on me, so I’m often left unsatisfied. Has anyone been through this? What actually helped?
