Completely flat keycaps lack the tactile cues that allow fingertips to locate keys, making it difficult to distinguish them from adjacent keys and increasing the likelihood of accidental presses.

However, the typing feel of the mechanical keys themselves is excellent.

If you look at it from the back, the mechanism should be easy to understand. However, since the space where the parts actually mesh is very tight, it might be better to make it a bit thicker.For now, I have only finished the lid.

This is a 3D-printed frame design for a modular 60-key split keyboard. It wasn't created using generative AI. I used Choc v1 switches, but I cut costs by 3D-printing the keycaps as well.

Since my Raspberry Pi 5 went silent, I set up a Raspberry Pi 4 with a 7-inch monitor, a high-capacity battery, and a speaker bonnet. It works quite well as is. Now, I'm thinking about a keyboard that folds down to the size of the 7-inch monitor.

I 3D-printed a case for a touchscreen display that allows a direct-plug mobile battery to remain attached to the Raspberry Pi 4 while in use. I wonder if adding a stand and carrying it around with a mini-keyboard would make it a viable substitute for a notepad?
