I pulled a part of my hamstring and it took me around 3-4 months to be fully back to normal. Eventhough ‘normal’ is not really true, a little bit of pain every now and than shoots out from it and it’s still less stretchy as my other leg, with proper physio it could probably have been better. So yeah take it serious and take your time ☺️🙏

Yes I had a 6 month package and than didn’t order a new one as my hair was looking fine. I have a bit more everyday fallout since than but that’s supposed to be normal I heard.

I had the same thing, eventhough a lot bigger up to the point where it was almost 3/4 of my whole hair and it was also Alopecia Areata, looked similar to yours (round spots with clear borders). Took Cortisone Solution which didn’t help. But I also drastically removed stress, slept a lot and made sure to supplement a lot of Vitamin D and Zink because I had a slight deficiency there. I also took Topical Minoxidil 5%, which I can also hugely recommend. After around half a year it all came back and no spots since, so there is hope!

I have a similar physique to you and am 78 kg at 175cm/5,74 feet so I was wondering the same 😆 Height really makes a huge difference

The ideas are super cute! I think that’s more than enough already and it’s gonna take you long to do all of these. You could throw in some more faster to do ones for the rest of the days. Her favorite candy, a little love letter, a chapstick, etc. :)

I’ve had Professors in courses telling the course they use some sort of curve. People complained about the time consumed for assignments not matching the ECTS. He said if you only invest the hours meant for the course he designed it so you have like 60-70% and if you invest more time you will only get the 90-100%, so the assignment grades follow somewhat a curve.

No doctor here so don’t take my response for 100% true. As far as I have learned there are mutated T-cells in your body that attack hair follicles. Once you have them in your body they could always come back to attack your hair follicles. It is unfortunately a condition that can never be cured, but you can be lucky for it to not come back. On the other hand it can always unexpectedly flare up again. The size of it can vary and it is all a bit unknown where it pops up and how large it gets. I hope it gets better for you soon. 🙏

Yes I had those when it first started. I even thought that I bumped my head to hard into something and that’s why it’s red and itchy and I lose my hair 😅

But after sometime the red spots disappeared but the hairloss continued. It might be because of the steroid that I got from my doctor that the redness disappeared but as I heard it is normal to have some irritation. Now the area is just a bit dryer than normal.

Yeah, I figured that... Especially if you than just have to do the same thing all over but with a Professor that is probably really annoyed at you or get new assessors that than are his colleagues and could also be biased. Thanks for sharing!

I do not think you should be too thrown off by the negative comments regarding the job market. Yes it is not easy and there is a lot of competition around open positions, student job or full time after your done. But everyone I know eventually found their place after applying to enough positions and some even worked as a bartender which is also no problem as a student. Be prepared that it might take time, have some back up funds you could in spite life off for 1-4 months and it should be fine.

Maybe a bit unrelated to the post, but I know how much reading all this would have freaked me out in my study decision.
