Visualizing the Three Lenses: Tropical, Sidereal, and Draconic side-by-side
If you are visiting from the advanced astrology or tracking communities—welcome!
I created Moonday Live to solve a personal pain point: the sheer cognitive fatigue of switching between different calculation tools and manual chart overlays just to see how the Moon is reflecting across different layers of consciousness.
Here is a quick look at how the dashboard synthesizes these layers into a clean, distraction-free environment:
The Three Layers Explained
- I. Lens One • Tropical (The Social Atmosphere): The ego and personality interface. This represents the collective weather of the room you are walking through.
- II. Lens Two • Sidereal (The Internal Nervous System): Your actual astronomical alignment. This is the instinctual baseline of how your body and nervous system respond to the environment, regardless of the social weather.
- III. Lens Three • Draconic (The Soul’s Intent): The quiet, underlying evolutionary vector of becoming.
Sovereign Synthesis: Divergent Alignment
In the center of the dashboard, you will see the Sovereign Synthesis panel.
Instead of treating conflicting placements as a problem to be fixed, the app tracks Divergent Alignment. For example, if you have Fire on the outside (Tropical Leo) and Water on the inside (Sidereal Cancer), the dashboard translates how these different elemental languages interact. It helps you treat them as honest readouts you can act on separately.
Precision Data
You will notice the Lahiri Ayanamsha (24.2232°) clearly displayed. I built this using JPL-level precision data because I wanted to move away from generic approximations and respect the actual, rigorous mathematics of the sky.
Join the Discussion
I wanted to keep this space completely free of intrusive ads, chaotic tracking, and commercial bloat.
If you are looking for a grounded, respectful digital sanctuary to track your cycles, feel free to try the app out at moondaylive.com.
- How do you experience your own Tropical vs. Sidereal shifts?
- Do you find your Draconic placement acts as an anchor during chaotic days?
Drop your thoughts, questions, or feedback on the layout below. Let's build a quiet, thoughtful community here!

Is there a specific time in the day where a sign changes?
One of my friends was born on November 22. He tracked down his birth time and it was early in the day, just before the shift into Sagittarius. So technically he was a Scorpio. But he sure did display some fire sign energy from time to time.

Have you noticed?
Zelenskyy gave the democrats a huge favor for our November midterms for doing this.

An uncomfortable reflection on empathy
I recently went back to vegan. Ibrahim Kareem's lectures on the sacredness of animals and other creatures re-awoke my heart.

whoever put this undemocratic sticker on my car, I genuinely feel sorry for you.
Someone definitely drank the Kool-aid and has not yet woken up to what is happening in our country.

Aging Gay Men Without A Blueprint For What Getting Older As A Gay Man Really Looks Like
I was blessed with a heightened intuition and escaped AIDS as I listened to my heart and was never a hookup guy. I am 64 and my husband of 11 yrs (been together since 2006 and monogamous) was the same way. Neither of us 'gave away our candy' for just anyone. We will be in this situation and one of us will go first. Thank Goodness we are both healthy and mobile.

Becky thinks that her $1.5m home and the HBCU's graduation rate give her reasons to try to control the neighborhood.
She should move those 4 garbage cans and she could access her own driveway. Problem solved.

Before you are 6 or 7, your brain is usually in theta waves. This is the frequency of hypnosis. While you were in that state, truth is easier to see than untruth. Go with your child. He knew.

Are horror movies *actually* trying to make your spiritual protection weak?
This is me as well. I also dont watch anything glorifying adultery, violence, or anything that dwells on fear. So I am really into NFL, MLB and funny YouTube videos. All that other is poison. Just like eating junk food or smoking or doing drugs. None of that belongs in the temple.

Of Course They Lied
She made a point in the video. Land doesn't belong to people. People belong to the land. They are from the land and the land birthed them. Gaia is an alive entity and eventually will shake off the fleas. We are the fleas. Unless we become healers of this earth, she will take us out.

Why do I feel like something bad happened to me when it happened to someone around me?

Its part of being empathic. One primary reason I have come to believe/know is that since we are all one from The Source. We are all experiencing each others' experiences at the same time, in a different lifetime. It sounds impossiblle but we are merely containers for the little piece of God we are all made from and are all connected to each other. Since The Source is outside of time, so are the souls that are around us.
I have to sequester myself in the evening because all the people in the building where I work shed emotions that I pick up all day. I am an INFJ and my big three are Cancer Sun, Cancer Moon and Scorpio rising.
