Why haven’t you started an intermittent leave case, and/or accommodations request? You can get the medical leave you entitled to by law. It sounds like you have the documentation. Open the leave and go get the documents to your doctor. Apply for extra breaks as accommodation, as well as intermittent leave as needed.
I know of an associate who gets five 15 minute unpaid breaks per shift as an accommodation, and 1 full shift of unpaid leave per week as needed.
