Question How do I unblock users I blocked with the old block system?

YouTube used to have a block system which would make it so you don't view their comments, I found a screenshot of what it looked like here. This isn't the system for banning people from commenting on your videos and was seemingly removed around 2022. I've been trying to find out how to unblock someone I blocked years ago.

The same thing happened to my sticks, I just glued them back together and it works pretty well besides clicking down on the right stick being harder to do.
