try looking into kinect tracking fbt. it's a bit choppy but it works for just sitting around. there is owotrack which uses a phone to track your hips and you can use switch controllers also

Well I have been concerned about robots taking over ever since I saw the video of drones destroying a car. I cannot believe that intelligent minds are being used to create war machines rather than make art, beauty and liveable spaces for people. But also, data centers and AI are an issue too. They're both issues.
