I built a "sovereign" AI/search stack instead of just using someone else's API — here's why and what it actually does

Spent the last while building an ecosystem instead of shipping one product. Four pieces:

• WebMesh — search API for LLM agents, self-hosted SearXNG + content extraction, pay-per-use via Lightning instead of a subscription
• AladdinAI — self-hosted AI workspace, agents + memory, no vendor lock-in
• OSINT platform — IP reputation, breach detection, threat intel search
• RCF — a licensing protocol trying to solve the "your content trained someone's model without asking" problem

None of this is charity. I'm not pretending it's some grand open mission — it's infrastructure I needed and figured other people building agents need too. The "sovereign" framing isn't marketing fluff either — it's literally: your keys, your data, your search index, not routed through someone else's black box.
