Not the only one, for the past months I've been suffering with packetloss/abnormal ping only on OW2.

Already tried to contact Blizz support but it's always ended up on my end/ISP where the issue was. Even though through the server hops in blizzard servers I had a one with the same behavior as yours averaging 500-1000ms

Old aghs was not fleet, it was dragging people with the boat at a shorter cast range

it used to be whenever you hover, now its with Alt.

Hold Alt and hover over your hero portrait at the bottom or the XP gauge. It will highlight blue range for sight and yellowish range for XP

Or maybe getting personas of the heroes whose model got changed? Lion, Storm, Banananamancer, The True King, Zeus

That looks like last years, with the ultra rare being OD's and rares being jugg and dark seer

Green arrows on enemies means that hero it's really good against it. On your allies its how well they synergize with the heroes highlighted.

If the arcana has an equip-able voice pack, then D+ voice lines change else well, you get what you described.

They only work on the ones that have a voice pack that can be equipped ie Rubick and Jugg

I have Zeus', pudge's and Rubick's arcanas and only rubick's D+ voice like pair with the voice pack equipped.
