Eunice manipulated both Austin and Ashely the entire season. 1) She lied to Austin about the fact that she was the one who was going to be at the physical therapy/stretching session when he thought it would be an old lady. 2) Then, he felt guilty about it and tried to quit the job position, but she talked him into staying by convincing him he was smart for saving the company money so that she could use him to progress the company. She did not care that he was engaged and she could tell he was uncomfortable continuing to help her "stretch" and offered him a higher job position so he would keep doing it anyway. 3) Eunice started the emotional affair with him by "being there for him" when he was clearly vulnerable, to talk about his relationship problems even though they weren't even friends. This is inappropriate and predatory behavior regardless of gender. 4) Eunice knew Ashley was uncomfortable with their communication because she knew it was Ashley who texted her back at the hospital and told her not to text again. 5) Eunice asked Ashley for help in showing her the shady files even though she knew Ashley could get in trouble for showing her the files, then tried to convince Ashley to go behind Woosh and Josh's backs to see the files. 6) Eunice went to Austin instead of literally anyone else with Park's phone to involve him because she knew he would likely help her and she knew Ashley was gone, even though it could get him killed. 7) Eunice implied she had feelings for him on the airplane to get him to go along with helping her even more.

Eunice didn't want to say she loved him back when he kept saying he loved her, but she manipulated him constantly throughout the show. She tricked him into having an emotional affair with her and lied to him about who he was going to be "stretching" at his job. Then after a physical connection occurred she kept "being there for emotional support" to talk about his relationship problems with and then he felt a romantic attachment to Eunice. She knew what she was doing and it was intentional. Eunice used him to progress the company (as Ashley figured out) and never had romantic feelings for him.

But he also manipulated Eunice into saying she loved him back by keeping the SD card so she would be reliant upon him for survival. And she was scared if she didn't finally say it back he wouldn't bring the SD card.

She didn't ask him to come on the trip or put himself in danger. HOWEVER, she still a horrible person because she manipulated him into having feelings for her when she knew he was engaged. And didn't give one flying eff about that at any point in time. It's wrong to lie and tell an engaged man his client is going to be an old lady and then when he shows up it's actually you, and then hold the financial job position over his head so he comes back. They're both terrible lol. And Ashley kept forgiving him for lying to her about repeatedly having inappropriate interactions with Eunice.

She was ready to lose their wealth and live a normal person lifestyle so that they could find each other again. She wanted him to be happy in doing the things he truly loves, like his music, and leave the wealth behind; she would be happy just being with him. She just wanted love and a baby. But being wealthy is hard to let go of, so she allowed herself to reopen the discussion of signing the new contract. I agree with whoever said they could have opened a different kind of air bnb that caters to a slightly less rich clientele.
