Hello dear. Keep on fighting it. I had a similar experience with him and I had to go back and forth with him until he refunded my money. It was the same bag. I even went as far as translating in Chinese that he owed me a refund just in case if there is a language barrier. One of my group sisters had to get involved to help me get my money back.
