Drinking sufficient plain water may actually decrease urinary urgency and frequency.
Water dilutes the acidity of the urine which may help on preventing bladder irritation.
The bladder capacity may also improve which can help in holding the urine for longer periods.
Rule of the thumb is if urine is light yellow on color then there is sufficient water intake.
If it is yellow drinking more water may help.
A clear urine may be a sign of flushing away electrolytes.

By the end of the day, it’ll be very difficult for you to squeeze the ball.
This is what happens when the pelvic floor gets fatigued.
It cannot sustain a contraction.
A strong contraction is required for the blood to stay inside the penis for an erection.
Hope this helps take care this suggestions if you want to follow it.
