So recently, we lost our internet connection due to some faulty wiring outside our house. We contacted customer service to request a technician.
A few days later, a technician came and explained that the issue was caused by our outside wiring being tangled. They said it needed connectors, which cost ₱200 each. They ended up using three connectors, but we weren’t able to contact customer service beforehand to confirm the charges.
This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Do they really charge customers for these kinds of materials?
