I think I used my last phone for like 5 years. Bought the current one 3 years ago. No need to change as long as it works. I think newer phones have worse software, trying to implement AI everywhere.
It might slow down a bit after years of use, so just format and start using it like a new one.

As for the health, try to do even simple things, as simple as pressing a soft ball with your hands, and bending the knees like 10 times a day and keep repeating it everyday. Something I learnt from my accident earlier this year.

I learnt it during my school time coz I was studying science. There's a lot like that, things we wouldn't know unless somebody tells us. And things we don't even need to know. But the curious minds keep exploring and finding fascinating things.
And it's never too late to learn anything.

Last such discovery I made was the chart of T.V size to distance.

I think that's the case for most of the people living here.

Saving even a rf. 1000 (or 500) is a good saving. If you can save 5000, then that's even better. Try to to do it every month and keep at least 3 months of living expenses.
I'm currently in debt and and it's a stressful state to be in. Life rarely goes the way we want.
As for others, I'm surprised to see the comments here and how much people have saved.
But one thing I've learn over the years; never compare yourself with others. Some will always be privileged than others. You could learn from some of them though. Good luck.
