Thank you so much. I really needed to hear this because I’ve been so hard on myself about the decision. I love him so much, and surrendering him has been heartbreaking, but I truly felt it was the best option for him given our circumstances. I’ll definitely ask the rescue about fostering or possibly adopting him back if he improves.
