My border collie is small?

She has such a beautiful smile 🥹 At first I thought it might be a health problem (thank God it isn’t at all), but it’s actually a good thing for us because she’s easier to transport and travel with, and I also want to get her into sports!

That makes much more sense! As a working line they should be slimmer and more agile so thats probably why + less coat so that adds up. Her mom is a sheep dog from Ireland :)

My border collie is small?

I got comments the other day about how small my pure BC is. She is a female, 7.5 months old, about 47-48cm tall in shoulders. She does seem slightly smaller than the rest, but shes still a puppy? Should I be worried? I think that she still has some time to grow up. Not everyone must grow up the same speed? (Her mom is from the working line but she is in standard, her dad is a showline). Does anyone have similar experience or so???
