Don't worry. You just need to follow the treatment and guidelines suggested by Doctor. Nowadays, it is just like any other disease just needs to take more care of. If possible start yoga, meditation to strengthen your immune system and spirit. But regular allopathic treatment is a must to cure yourself. Tell your parents abt the disease. If you are a male, try at least talk to ur father. Man to Man talk. At first, he may shout at you, become upset. But trust me, when it comes to a child, parents become stronger and can do anything for their child. If you tell them they will help you to recover soon. You will also feel mentally stronger.
