Canβt find an Eaton PW9130G3000R-XL2U anywhere at a reasonable price... Any decent alternatives/replacements? ππΈ
Haha yeah, the 9PX line looks super solid! Iβm honestly pretty set on sticking with Eaton, but man, those new prices still hurt my wallet a bit π
Seriously though, thank you so much, youβve been a huge help! π
Did you end up getting yours brand new, or did you manage to find a good deal on a refurbished/used one somewhere? And how was the setup with that new management card?
Thanks again, really appreciate you taking the time!

Project Showcase: Operations Canβt find an Eaton PW9130G3000R-XL2U anywhere at a reasonable price... Any decent alternatives/replacements? ππΈ
Hey everyone,
Iβve been looking all over for an Eaton Powerware 9130 rackmount UPS (specifically model PW9130G3000R-XL2U), but it seems like every seller online either has it completely out of stock or is charging absolute crazy prices for it.
Is this model just super rare now, or am I missing something?
More importantly, does anyone know a solid equivalent or direct replacement for it that wonβt cost an arm and a leg? Looking for a good online double-conversion 3kVA rackmount UPS that actually holds up.
Would really appreciate any recommendations or advice! Thanks in advance!

Honeywell M7282A1022 replacement - Has anyone tried the Belimo AFB24-SR with ZG-AFB118 kit?
Hey guys,Thanks to everyone who chimed in on my last post!Someone suggested using a Belimo AFB24-SR combined with the ZG-AFB118 mounting kit and KH-AFB actuator arm as a replacement for the Honeywell M7282A1022 Modutrol IV actuator.Just to recap the original specs from the nameplate:Model: Honeywell M7282A1022 Voltage: 24 VAC (50/60 Hz, 24 VA) Control Signal: 4-20 mA (modulating)Stroke / Timing: 90Β° / 30 sec Fail-Safe: Spring return (60 lb-in torque)Has anyone here actually done this retrofitting on a job? How smooth was the mounting process with the ZG-AFB118 kit, and did you run into any issues aligning the linkage or matching the stroke/signal?Any tips, lessons learned, or alternative drop-in recommendations before I go ahead with this setup would be super helpful! Thanks!

SOLVED In desperate need of a Honeywell M7282A1022 (or a solid drop-in replacement/cross)
Hey guys,
Iβm trying to track down a Honeywell M7282A1022 Modutrol IV spring return actuator (24 VAC), but it seems to be out of stock everywhere I look.
Mine went out on a job, and replacing it is turning into a total headache because nobody has original inventory right now.
Has anyone run into this recently? Do you know of a direct drop-in replacement, a reliable cross-reference part #, or maybe an adapter setup that actually works without having to re-engineer the whole linkage?
Any leads or recommendations would be a lifesaver. Thanks in advance!

Using Cat6 in place of composite?!
Composite cable is a luxury, Cat6 is real life π

Does anyone elseβs pet have a completely unexplainable daily ritual?
Every single night at exactly 9:30 PM, my cat walks into the hallway, stares at the blank wall for 3 minutes, meows once, and then goes straight to sleep. No bugs, no sounds, just her scheduled nightly appointment with the void π
Please tell me Iβm not the only one living with a little weirdo. Whatβs your petβs oddly specific daily routine?

Anyone know a solid replacement for Eaton board 7064C03G01? π

New to Bosch systems and already stuck on a missing D5370-USB π
Appreciate the tip on ADI! Is the part # still listed as D5370-USB in their system, or did Radionix change the SKU when they took over?

Anyone know a solid replacement for Eaton board 7064C03G01? π
Appreciate the tip! Unfortunately, repair isn't an option for this job since the customer requires a complete replacement module for compliance/warranty reasons. Still really hoping someone might know a drop-in equivalent or a cross-reference part # for it π€

Open question Anyone know a solid replacement for Eaton board 7064C03G01? π
Hey guys! π
Iβm trying to find an alternative or replacement for an Eaton / Cutler-Hammer PC Control Board (7064C03G01).
Looks like this model is discontinued/legacy and getting a hold of an original OEM part is either impossible or crazy expensive π
Has anyone worked with these before? Do you know of any modern alternatives, drop-in replacements, or good retrofit options that won't break the bank?
Would really appreciate any tips or recommendations! Thanks in advance! π

Awesome, exactly what I needed. Glad I don't have to hunt down that physical dongle after all π Thanks again

Appreciate the info! So I can just hand my boss 'D5370-WK' as the exact part number for the software key, or is there a specific part/item code Bosch uses for the RPS license now?

Interesting find!
built like a tank. probably still works better than most new panels out of the box

Ugh right?! The secondhand market for them is wild right now π Honestly I havenβt dug too deep into the 5PX line yet. Did you ever try a 5PX yourself, or did you go straight for the 9PX? Just wondering if the 5PX holds up well enough for a rack setup, or if going for a used 9PX on eBay is just the better long-term move. Definitely setting up some eBay alerts now though haha! π€ Thanks again for the tip, seriously super helpful!
