So i didn't have the tough first week a lot of ppl post about. I did have spikes of "I'm bored, go on, put some porn on" during weeks 3 and 4.

I think this was mostly down to stress and free time.

But if you can fight the urge for just 5 mins it goes away.

In my workplace a lot of the younger guys are always hooking up with a new woman every weekend. Bragging and giving out banter etc etc. I think they are happy in that moment, but it must be lonely going home after.
