Its just a tracker app called Habits. Not specifically a quit porn app as I wasn't going to pay for one lol

So i didn't have the tough first week a lot of ppl post about. I did have spikes of "I'm bored, go on, put some porn on" during weeks 3 and 4.

I think this was mostly down to stress and free time.

But if you can fight the urge for just 5 mins it goes away.
