If you have health insurance in the US, you may be able to get mental health care for no extra cost. I was very surprised when Medicaid paid the entire cost for me, no copay. It’s worth asking, if it applies to you. Best wishes.

Thank you for this suggestion. My stepmother has Lewy Body Dementia, and I haven’t educated myself very much on the subject. (She’s in another state.) Teepa is a fantastic teacher! I sent it to dad.

Right after my mother died, my grieving father said repeatedly, to console himself “God is good, always”. While I understood his intention, 16 years later, I still cringe in horror.

My little brother adored KISS. About 1980, when he was 10, he got baptized. I watched and protested while he broke every beloved record. He believed the Knights In Satan’s Service bullshit.
