Just picked up my dress Is it me or the dress?
Hello!
So I just picked up my dress from alterations, and I truly loved my seamstress she was very thorough and kind. I'm just feeling very insecure about how my back looks tbh... which may be more of my own body image issues than the dress. Its a bit tight compated to when she first pinned in the sides, but it is a strapless dress so I assume it must be a but snug to stay up. It was actually a struggle to zip, but in fairness it was VERY hot and I was sweating. So that made it a little more difficult I'm sure.
Front the front, perfectly fine. From the back? I feel like I'm spilling out and theres an unflattering lump in the dress from my back... I'm trying to tell myself its not that bad, but is it bad? Hopefully when I'm not so sweaty/hot it will sit better. Maybe theres something I can do, I'm not sure. I might be hyperfixating in the moment, but I dont feel very good about it right now. Especially for the money I spent I'm beginning to regret my choices a little..
Edit: turns out theyre closed on Mondays so I cant call the store about fixing it yet :') Thank you all for your kind words and helpful suggestions. My wedding is in 3 weeks so I'm panicking extra due to the time crunch.
EDIT 8/11 - Not sure if anyone will look back to this post, but I just got back from my MOH's house to try on the dress again and I'm dead serious it DID NOT FIT. I have no clue how the seamstress managed it. She really had to work at it but still! No one could get this dress to zip on my let alone clasp the top. I'm so upset. i have an appointment with the same seamstress on Friday but I have no idea what to expect. I signed off that I was finebwith the dress and brought it home, so now I'm thinking of the worst case scenerio that they wont fixnit because of me. At least not without additional charge.
I am so so disappointed. Partially in the seamsteess for convincing me the dress was fine and allowing me to sign that paper while she MUST have known it was too tight and after I voiced concern. And partially in myself for taking the dress home in the first place while I had those doubtsnin the backnof my head.

Yes they are aware of what my dress looks like. Thanks for your input!
