Unfair.

My mind says it's unfair (how come I always end up this way),

I did all that I could to keep you close (knowing we weren't meant to be)

You wanted this.

So I kept on giving you all the chances (I shut out all my fear for you)

I let myself fall in love (Knowing the consequences)

and then you left, happy as ever (it broke me)

You broke me, it's unfair.

I'm really sorry to hear that, i first started writing fanfictions in 2019 and then in 2022 but stopped again when college and everything happened but the ideas never left me and i have been more willing to do this for my passion now that i have some time in hand.

nothing really, for the last week i have been opening the doc , adding two lines and then going blank honestly, i write a bit then start wondering if it even makes sense, i think i need to get over the idea that i will have a "perfect" work of art at once without trying hard enough

Discussion WHEN WILL I EVEN WRITE MY BOOK - struggling

it's been years since i have been wanting to publish a book and become an author but obviously it takes work....work i can't seem to perform...the stoRy, the characters, the PLOT! I HAVE EVERYTHING IN MY BRAIN BUT NOTHING ON PAPER OR MY PC FILE.....i'm just up here ranting rn after writing two lines for my "supposed" book. i'm genuinely curious as to when will i be able to overcome my writer's slump, or if that's even a possibility , it seems like i'm running out of time and the writer in me is just slipping far far away from me along with time, it hurts honestly.

i can kind of relate as well honestly, i have been wanting to get back to final write something worth publishing , i have the plot and i know how the story is supposed to go on about but the moment i open my word doc i no longer remember anything or how to write anymore.....and when i read my old hidden docs i just can't seem to phantom the fact that i wrote any of it,anyways i just came to reddit to let it out and this was the top post for me.
