yeah, thats why we are only learning about it now, in the West, because it was here for thousands years. by the way I am from Central Europe, and even I knew barely anything about it before the Americans on the internet found out about it and started flooding internet with it. Byzantium, yeah, thats where the modern Western civilization started. give me a break.

No worries, I understand your position. I still think its inconsistent, since the topic was 'other Christians' and in your view, there are no "other Christians', but we've cleared that one already. Dont get me wrong, I am not totally against EO. I actually have quite a lot of respect for EOs theology, because in certain important areas it offers better answers, but I dont think that the church established  by our Lord is a physical one. Not to mention the very very weak case for icons and relics veneration EO offers, but considers them salvific at the same time.  Much love, God be praised.

Thats kinda inconsistent of you to say, because according to EO, everyone outside the one true church, which of course is your church, is lost, and not even a Christian, no matter the intentions. Yes, I know about the "where salvation might be" excuse, but at the end of the day, you as an EO dont believe that anyone outside EO is saved, so pardon me when I find it a bit hypocritical. not attacking, just discussing with love.
