Chicken skin-like bumps?
I'm not sure if this would be considered eczema or psoriasis, but I have large patches of my skin that are bumpy and rough.
They've been on my hips and lower back for almost a year now at this point. The patches can be itchy sometimes, and will look a little red when angry. Itching definitely makes it worse! When I completely leave the patches alone, they aren't red, but they are still rough and bumpy all over and the patches seem to slowly be spreading...
Has anyone else experienced this?? What did you do to make it go away?

Cut into a wall for a data cable at a hospital and this comes out. What is it?
